Pairwork tip: each pair has one set of ‘how often’ cards and one set of ‘leisure activity picture cards’ face down. They take it in turns to take one card off each pile and use them to make a sentence, using the help-sheet if necessary.

Leisure survey - surveys are a good way to get students moving round the classroom, talking to several colleagues. Repetition, as they repeat the same question to different colleagues, helps to memorise the language.
